“The quality of your life ultimately depends on the quality of your relationships.”
- Esther Perel

Types of Services

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (License: Washington / LF60059032) I offer theraputic services to residents of Washingtion State, and professional coaching services to residents of other states.

Experience

I received my Masters degree in marriage and family therapy from Loma Linda University in 2005. I was specifically trained in the systemic dynamics of relationships. I spent years working in a residential treatment center with teenage girls, their parents and families. I trained with David Kessler to become a certified grief educator and feel passionate about helping others live their best life.

I love working with people who are ready to do the work necessary to create positive, lasting changes in their lives. With me you'll find a compassionate, direct approach toward helping to uncover inner strengths, skills, and focus on your desire to overcome life's biggest challenges. I look forward to working with you.

Telehealth

Teletherapy has been shown to be as effective as in-person therapy and is compatible with talk therapy. All you need is a phone, tablet, or laptop with an internet connection. Once you schedule an appointment, I will email you a link to a secure video call for the date and time of our session.

Free Consultations

Scheduling a session with me is easy. Simply click here to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. We'll discuss your goals for therapy and determine whether we want to move forward working together.

Fees

Your initial consultation with me is free. After that, I charge the following rates:

  • 50 minute individual session: $150
  • 50 minute couple or family session: $150

I do not accept insurance payments directly, but am happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement (please review with them in advance the coverage they provide).
