When the pattern keeps repeating
You may be having the same argument over and over. Maybe one of you pursues while the other shuts down. Maybe trust has been damaged. Maybe resentment has quietly accumulated. Or maybe you simply feel farther apart than you used to.
The goal of therapy is not just to talk about the problem. It is to understand the pattern beneath it — and learn how to change it.

Couples therapy
You don’t need another hour of repeating the same fight.
My work is active, relational, and direct. Together, we identify the cycle you are caught in, understand the role each partner plays, and practice new ways of responding that create greater trust, accountability, and connection.

I’m not the kind of therapist who simply sits back and asks, “How does that make you feel?”
I work collaboratively and directly. My role is to help you see the patterns that are difficult to recognize from inside them, understand where those patterns come from, and develop practical tools for changing them.

Relational Life Therapy
Relational Life Therapy is an active approach to couples work that helps partners understand the patterns beneath conflict while also learning concrete relational skills. The work focuses on accountability without shame, healthy boundaries, emotional regulation, and moving from reactive habits into more connected ways of relating.
